Clean Chocolate Yogurt Dipped Strawberries

Chocolate and strawberries may be one of the most decadent combos. Here I have created a clean eating chocolate dipped strawberry that is guilt free and delicious!

Here is what you will need:

1 1lb container of strawberries
1 cup greek yogurt *Note* I had yogurt dip left over at the end so you could make more strawberries
3-4 tbs cocoa powder (to taste)
1 tbs dark cocoa powder (this really helps give it a rich chocolate taste, if you don''t have dark cocoa powder sub for 1 more tbs of regular cocoa powder)
Stevia to taste (I used NuNaturals Liquid Stevia and used about 40 drops)
2 tsp honey
Baking sheet/ Plate
Parchment paper

1. Slowly mix the cocoa powder (add 1 tbs at a time) into the greek yogurt in a small bowl.

2. Add 2 tsp of honey and stevia. Taste. Then add more Stevia till desired sweetness is achieved. Remember stevia is powerful so add it slowly and keep tasting!

3. Wash and completely dry off your strawberries- the yogurt won't stick if they aren't dry.

4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip strawberries in chocolate yogurt dip and then place on parchment paper. Put baking sheet in the freezer for 10-15 mins to make the yogurt a bit hard, don't leave them in there too long! Then put in the fridge till serving.

Ta-da! Guilt free chocolate strawberries, pretty much a girls best friend.
