Gluten Free Crisp Cauliflower Crust Pizza

I've made cauliflower crust pizza a few times. It is always tasty but just not quite right which is why I haven't posted previous recipes. The crust usually ends up floppy and not very "crusty". I decided to do some research on how to get a crispy crust before making this pizza. The key to a crisp crust has been discovered, and I am here to share it with you. To be completely fair this crust is NOT as crispy as your traditional pizza dough, but hey folks it's made with cauliflower and makes a damn good pizza.

So...what's the secret behind this cauliflower crust? You have to drain out all the liquid!! Cauliflower naturally contains water and water makes for a soggy crust. Here is how it is done:
