The Ultimate Reset- 21 Days to a new YOU!

Earlier this week I finished my 21 day Ultimate Reset. I wanted to share my experience to help you better understand how this program works.

Let's begin with some background info....

Before starting the Ultimate Reset I was stuck in a bit of a rut. It happens to all of us! I was doing T25 Beta phase but I was not giving it my all as I usually do. I missed workouts and my eating well it was slacking....it quickly started catching up to me. I gained 3lbs in a month (first time I have gained since January) and was experiencing uncomfortable bloating, probably from something I was eating.
