Protein Packed Veggie Eggs Muffins!

On Monday I started a brand new program with my Bikini Bootcamp! I am so excited to share all though it is challenging I am loving it so far. I feel amazing and have actually really been enjoying my meal plan. I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes so you can get an idea of what I am actually eating. Protein Packed Veggie Egg Muffins:

Ingredients-
Nonstick cooking spray
12 large eggs
Sea salt or Himalayan
Ground pepper
1(10oz) bag of spinach finely chopped
1 medium red bell pepper finely chopped
2 green onions finely sliced
(Optional) 3 containers of diced sausage

Directions- 

1) Heat oven to 375 degrees
2) Coat pan with spray
3)Blend everything in bowl
4) Pour into muffin cups
5) Bake for 15-20 mins, until the eggs set.

Eat & enjoy!!!
