Find Your Inner BAD ASS!

I'm looking for 10 ladies who are READY to find their inner BAD ASS...if this sounds like you keep reading!

Are you ready to dig deep this fall and FIGHT against that dreaded winter fluff?

This time of year can be a challenge with countless social gatherings, holidays, and FOOD. But not this year! Don't hide under cozy sweaters or wait until the new year to start feeling your very best! I am putting together a bad ass group of ladies to support each other through the holiday season and ring in 2017 feeling the BEST you have felt all year.

I am so EXCITED for our brand new MMA style program that channels your inner bad ass. I have been testing out this program over the last month and it seriously makes me feel like I can do ANYTHING. Not only that but this program has been getting amazing results. If you are looking for a new workout program that you can do from home (or wherever you are) with ZERO equipment then apply below to be one of the 10 ladies I work with next month!

Want to see what Core De Force is all about? Check out this video!

If you are ready to FIGHT FOR IT,  I want to work with you! Don't let this video scare you...Joel & Jerricho will walk you through every move AND there is a modifier. I truly believe no matter where you are on your journey you can DO this program and get amazing results.

Who I am looking for?

I am looking for 10 ladies who are willing to WORK for it. As your coach I will give you all the tools you need to succeed but at the end of the day you have to do the work.

That being said we will be on this journey together and I will be here for you every step of the way. I will equip you with 30 minute workouts you can do anywhere, a meal plan, the mindset of a BAD ASS and support along the way.

Yes it will be hard, you will be challenged, sore, uncomfortable at times but that is how CHANGE happens. My goal as your coach is to help you find your health and happiness and help you get results that give you the confidence to do anything!

What will we doing in the BAD ASS BOOTCAMP starting November 14th?!

-We will be doing Core De Force workouts from the comfort of our homes (I will be working out with you!) This is one of many options BUT I highly recommend it if you are ready to feel like a bad ass inside and out. Not only does this program get results it is a ton of fun!

-We will be working on our MINDSETS and reading "You Are A Badass" together. This is one of my favorite personal growth books and it will be my gift to YOU if you are selected to be in the group.

-We will be using an easy to follow meal plan that allows you to still have a glass of wine or chocolate! This is about BALANCE not dieting.

-We will supplement with superfoods daily to make sure our bodies are fueled their very best. This will help you get the proper nutrition without eating salad for every meal AND best part is it tastes like dessert. NO this is not a protein shake.

-We will support and uplift each other every step of the way. When you join this group not only will you have me as your coach, you will be introduced to other amazing women who are committed to being their very best selves and spreading love to each other. I have met some of my BEST FRIENDS through these groups.

If you are READY to drop the excuses and get results, apply below and I will be in touch!

I have been a lifestyle coach for 4 years and my passion is helping other women discover their health and happiness and become the best version of YOU. Give me 30 days and I will show you what is possible with the right tools.

The Adventure Begins...in Canggu, Bali!

"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

-Lao Tzu

After 24+ hours of travel...we made it to our "home" for the month!

The journey here was long and trying at times but overall it was smooth sailing. Those first few steps were hard.

Travel fills my soul and tests me in every way. It makes me extremely grateful for the little things like water, food and bed to sleep in. It is easy to take those things for granted on a day to day basis amongst the hustle and bustle of life but become luxuries when traveling.

Before arriving in Bali I had been experiencing some of the most intense anxiety I have had since my college days (when it was the worst). It was definitely my fear trying to get the best of me because after all leaving your comfort zone for the unknown is scary. The difference was I had the tools (yoga, breath, meditation, journaling) to work through the feelings instead of letting it cripple me.

When we landed in Bali there was an overwhelming sense of ease that washed over me. Although I have no idea what the next four months holds I know it is going to be a life changing adventure of self discovery and opening my eyes to a part of the world that has been totally foreign until now.

Adjusting to life here was easier than I thought (I do my best to live with no expectations). No jet lag despite a 15hr time change into the future. My stomach is still adjusting and not the happiest of campers currently but other then that it has been an easy transition.

I am not much of a planner or researcher when I travel and really had no idea what Bali would be like. I had heard it was the Hawaii of Australia, which definitely has some truth but there are many differences...Bali is FAR cheaper, you can get a nice healthy meal for under $10 with a fresh pressed juice.

The best fruit pizza I have ever had, for $3.
Almost everyone speaks English here so communicating hasn't been an issue - besides for when I dropped off our laundry, didn't get a receipt and just hoped everything would get back to us! Getting a week's worth of laundry done for $5 was nice. I definitely won't miss doing my own laundry.

Don't let my smile fool you, the roads here are crazy!
There are NO road rules. Riding on the back of a scooter still scares the crap out of me. We have had a couple close calls that made my heart race more than anything. My goal is to be riding my own scooter by the end of the month. The driving here is frightening to say the least but surprisingly/thankfully I have yet to see anyone crash amongst the controlled chaos.

I had no idea how big the island was! We are living in Canngu, a small beach town that has been developed into a surfer and yogi paradise. I was reminded of the power of the ocean when I decided to swim out past the break. Getting back to shore was a serious challenge, it felt as if I was swimming forever without making any progress. I saw my life flash before my eyes to be perfectly honest, I lost my Ray Bans to the waves but made it back to shore exhausted and thankful to be on land.

Working poolside at Dojo Bali.
Our co-working space is amazing. A co-working space is kind of like a "gym membership" for digital nomads and entrepreneurs. It gives us a comfortable and professional space to work with a solid 24/7 wifi connection and lots of amenities. A variety of work spaces, a pool to cool of midday, community events, a cafe and even acai bowls! It is basically my dream come true.

Beyond the acai bowls LOL, I have always dreamed of being able to work and travel. I feel blessed to be able to combine two of my passions! This trip simply would have not been possible for us if I didn't take the leap of faith 4 years ago with coaching. It has given both Zach and I the freedom to work from anywhere, follow our dreams, given us a platform to share our passions, and inspire others to live life differently while making health and happiness a priority. I am excited to continue building my business on the road and show other coaches out there what is possible with this opportunity (if you are interested in joining my coaching team you can apply here).

Every week we plan to put out a weekly re-cap video with glimpse into life in Asia and what we are up to...that way you can see and hopefully feel a bit of what we are experiencing. Life here is good but I will say I miss everyone back home dearly.

Here is this week's recap...Bali through our eyes, enjoy!

Have you been to Bali?! Anything we must see or do while we are here?

Much love,
