CLEAN EATING ESSENTIALS

Every clean eating kitchen starts with a stocked fridge and pantry. If you fill your kitchen with healthy food, guess what- you will eat healthy food! I know...I am a rocket scientist, what can I say.

What exactly is clean eating? Everyone has their own definition but for me clean eating consists of using whole food ingredients- fruits, veggies, proteins, whole grains, and limited dairy. I avoid most processed foods or anything with added sugar.

Start by eliminating the CRAP in your diet and replacing it with FOOD. I try to keep my pantry stocked so that when I am cooking I usually only have to buy a few essential ingredients like my meats and produce. I often buy my meat in bulk and freeze it to save $.
